Peter is a Senior Electrical Engineer with experience across many industries, including pulp and paper, lumber, petrochemical and mining.
With experience in both medium and high voltage design as well as construction experience, Peter brings a wealth of knowledge to the team. Additionally, he possesses invaluable expertise in asset management with aging assets, replacement and upgrade programs for switchgear and transformers.
Safety is at the core of Peter's work, as he is well-versed in hazardous area requirements. His dedication to safety is further validated by his certification as a Machine Safety Expert, assuring that all projects he undertakes adhere to the highest safety standards.
With Peter's extensive knowledge and hands-on experience, he is undoubtedly the go-to person for any electrical engineering challenges, always committed to delivering top-notch solutions that align with the industry's best practices.

Cole Bailey
SENIOR CONSULTANT
Cole has extensive experience in the industrial electrical field having led the electrical and automation design on some of the largest investments in infrastructure within NZ (New Zealand). He led the electrical design on the world's largest milk spray dryer in 2013 (and again in 2015).Since starting with Falcon, he has worked on 3 waters projects for various councils as well as numerous machine safety assessments. He has quickly earned a reputation as an exceptional designer and problem solver.
Cole is motivated and disciplined and has an excellent commercial approach to solving problems, he enjoys being challenged and strives to deliver to the highest of standards. Cole is also a Certified Machine Safety Expert.
